These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the uuok platform and website uuok-baji.com- governs your relationship with uuok. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Once a Sports Betting wager is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For in-play betting, odds are subject to change — your bet will be settled at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.

• Uuok reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bets for that round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the account.

Uuok is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device
• Bonus Abuse: Using deliberate strategies to exploit or abuse the bonus system
• Software Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's code or systems
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage

• Chargeback Fraud: Using your balance after charging back a deposit

If your account is suspended, your balance will be temporarily frozen during the investigation. Should the investigation clear you, your full balance will be restored. You may also close your account at any time — simply withdraw your available balance before doing so.
