To register, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number, a valid email address, and to be at least 18 years old. A photo of your NID or passport will be required for KYC verification. The entire process is fully online and free of charge.

Basic registration takes just 3–5 minutes. Your account is activated once your mobile number and email are verified. KYC is typically approved within 12–24 hours.

No. Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.
